Constructed of 1000 Dentura Cordura Nylon webbing, anti-slip inner band and soft padding which is durable and comfortable

• Total 4 pockets, each pocket holds 5lbs. of weight (Shot or Block style);
• Each pocket is on the outside of the belts so all you feel is the belt itself;
